GRAVE DIGGER Slam Former Label Over Upcoming Reissues
November 8, 2002Veteran German power metallers GRAVER DIGGER have slammed former company, G.U.N. Records, over a flurry of GD reissues that are scheduled to surface through the label before the end of the year. According to an official statement from the group, "[G.U.N. released now two [bex sets] and in two weeks they'll release also a 'best of' and a 'best of' DVD-plus. Christmas is near and it seems that this is a good reason to bring the whole GRAVE DIGGER catalogue again to the people. The stuff contains bonus tracks (every fan has it also on his digipack versions) and the old three videos. GRAVE DIGGER were not involved in this releases and we did nothing for it, cause we don't agree with this kind of release politics. But we don't have the chance to stop it!!! So everybody can decide by his own 'to buy or not to buy' these releases. The good news : We have finished the complete recordings for the new record and we'll start mixing after Christmas."
